The construction of Hole 11 and 12 has gone well this summer. Turfing and seeding works are now complete and we expect an opening in the very early 2017 season.

Atlantic Golf Design has been contracted to produce a detailed design for Holes 11 and 12. We expect a quick permitting process so that construction may begin in mid-summer.

Atlantic Golf Design has again teamed up with Macintosh Golf Design to work on this beautiful links course on the west coast of Ireland. In February 2016 we completed the first phase of the bunker remodelling works, working alongside head greenkeeper Jason Kelly and his team(see below).

Atlantic Golf Design has just completed the Design and Construction of a complete Tee-to-Green Cartpath Network on all 27 Holes of this beautiful woodland course. This will allow the rental of carts on an all year round basis, regardless of weather conditions

Atlantic Golf Design has just completed the Design and Construction of a new Practice facility adjacent to the current Driving Range and Practice Area. Here we have extended the Putting and Chipping Green area by over 1500sqm. When opened the new practice are will be the largest in the south west of Germany. The opening date should be in the mid-summer of 2016.

ERSTER GOLFCLUB WESTPFALZ, Pirmasens, Germany
Atlantic Golf Design's proposal for a new Practice Area which was recently presented to the committee has been approved. Construction is set to begin in August meaning that if all goes well it should be turfed in September and will be ready for play in the Summer 2016.

ERSTER GOLFCLUB WESTPFALZ, Pirmasens, Germany
The construction of the new tenth hole has gotten underway! The main improvment will be the considerable reduction of the walk from Green 9 in distance and elevation, the playability of the hole in terms of fairness and strategy and the aesthetic improvement. It is intented to import approx. 40,000cbm of fill material in order to widen the fairway to the right and to elevate the new teeing area.
